Chef Amy Von Eiff


Chef Amy von Eiff has an extensive culinary background, specializing in International and Southern Cuisine. She graduated from a Culinary Institute and has 13 years of experience in event planning and catering. Amy recently garnered national attention being featured as first place winner on Readers Digest allrecipes.com. Amy also won the opportunity to travel to Florence, Italy to study at the Bertolli culinary school as first place winner in another major cooking contest.

Amy is the creator and founder of Dining Divas, a successful catering company. Since its inception, Dining Divas has catered more than 30 events from small intimate parties to large corporate affairs of 500 or more.

Amy's true passion for cooking came from watching her grandmother and mother in the kitchen before she was tall enough to reach the kitchen counter. Both women were in the food service industry. Amy loves to create special dishes by infusing new flavors on southern comfort foods and international cuisine. Her consistent quality and strive for perfection is apparent in all of her creations. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, Amy is able to make typical banquet food stand out from the rest.

Amy has also utilized her talents by teaching Instructional cooking class at various organizations and private parties in the Indianapolis area. Additionally, she writes restaurant reviews for a local magazine and on-line service.
