Scott Proposes to Jessica at Top Of the Arch! 

Jessica thought they were only in St. Louis to attend a Cardinals baseball game with Scott's folks. What she didn't know is that Scott had planned a secret proposal that would take place that morning when they went to visit the St. Louis Arch! Scott had a sign made as big as a bill board so it could be seen from the top of the arch. He arranged for the couples Dad's to spread out the sign after they had boarded the elevator to the top. Check out the video and see if Jessica says "Yes!"
